CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) ratings are common in the
automotive industry, but not common in the motorcycle industry.
BMW Motorcycles of North America began their first CSI program
January of 2003 when Hansen's was ranked #2 nationally. The results for the CSI program for 2005
have just been released. Hansen's BMW/Triumph/Ducati/KTM of
Medford Oregon was rated #1 for all BMW motorcycle dealers in the
United States for Sales & Service Satisfaction. This results
matches 2004 CSI ranking of #1 dealer in the US. Also in
2003, Hansen’s was named the #1 Service Center for Ducati
motorcycles in the North West for 2003.
2005 was the first year for Triumph USA to have a CSI program for
United States dealers. Hansen's was ranked #3 Nationally.
This is not the only recognition Hansen's BMW/Triumph/Ducati/KTM has
received since they began business January 26, 1972. Between
1981 to 2003 BMW of N. A. had given only THREE NATIONAL AWARDS.
Hansen’s has received all three! 1983, 6 Gold Awards were
given for Service Excellence and 7 Gold in 1984. Hansen’s was
the only dealer to receive Gold both years. In 1991, BMW
surveyed customers who purchased BMW's in 1988, 1989, and 1990.
Again Hansen’s was rated as the #1 BMW Dealer for Service and Sales
Satisfaction in the US.
1994 brought Hansen's BMW/Triumph/Ducati/KTM another award from
Motorcycle Consumer News, a national motorcycle magazine. Their
readers were surveyed and ranked Hansen’s as one of the "Top 40
Dealers" out of 9000 in the US.
