If you have ever thought about purchasing a European Motorcycle, you owe it to yourself to visit the folks at Hansen's Motorcycles. Their staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and very willing to take time to answer all of your questions.

I first heard about Hansen's from a friend at work and his enthusiasm about the dealership really piqued my interest.

From the moment I walked into the store and told the folks that I wanted to buy a Triumph Speedmaster, I was treated like a lifelong friend who had finally returned home! I have never had an easier or more pleasant buying experience in my 28 years of riding motorcycles. The most difficult part of the entire journey was waiting for the bike to be delivered.

Their customer service is impeccable, as they walked me through delivery of the motorcycle to ensure I was comfortable with everything about the motorcycle, including operation of the controls. They were also very concerned about my safety and allowed me time to get used to the operation of the controls before I rode off the premises.

I have recommended them to everyone who has asked about where I made my purchase, and will continue to send all my friends and family to this wonderful dealership!

This was by far my best motorcycle buying experience and well worth driving up form San Jose, CA. I enjoyed meeting all of you and will continue to use you for my motorcycle needs. Wonderful job. I stopped midway on a 3 day ride for a new battery. Your technician noticed my very worn rear sprocket and chain. He fixed all three and shortened his lunch to accommodate my time crunch.

I am sorry we were not here to help you, but I am offended by your comments. We have a small store, in a small market area. All Summer long my 4 employees work hard taking care of our local clientele, not to mention the hundreds of travelers that we help during the summer. Over the last 41 years we have taken care of thousands of or clientele. Many of whom won't deal with their local dealers even if they are open, and they travel 150 to 500 miles to visit our store.

My staff deserve a break, no different than any other employee. The week we were closed was World Super Bike Racing in Monterey California which half of us attended. Because that would have left 2 employees, they couldn't to run the store by themselves. So although closing my store is costly to me, it is my only option when more than two of us need time off.

Mason and staff, A short note to thank you again for the great service on my ST4S on Saturday, Sept. 13th. I appreciated you guys being able to find me a wheel, a tire and swap everything out and get me back on the road as quickly as you did. It saved the bike trip. Our 98 F650 is our first BMW so we have no prior experience with your shop. You and your staff made us feel welcomed, and treated us like known friends. Bringing it in so you could hear "the noise", I appreciated the quick attention and thorough examination - even taking it into the shop to have another mechanic hear it. Upon picking it up, I was pleased with the identification of other needed future repairs. Giving it a thorough safety check shows that you care for your customers. I also had to smile when I saw the broken license plate frame replaced with a new "Hansen's" frame. A very nice unexpected "extra". Thank you for the wonderful introduction into the BMW family. I think we're going to like it here.

Very simple: I buy and own BMW motorcycles because Hansen's is my dealer. I've owned other bikes and their dealerships just don't compare. Hansen's is a fun place to visit, everyone there knows me, they offer good prices on their products, and they take care of me if there's a problem. Hansen's is the way motorcycle dealerships used to be: family owned, customer oriented, passionate about motorcycles. I've been doing business with them for thirty years and this is my fifth BMW I've purchased from them.

I don't know where to begin, but I think I should start by saying "THANK YOU, AGAIN" to Hansen BMW because they saved my vacation this year. I had purchased a new-to-me BMW that had been performing just great on local roads and on my local commute. When we set out for a road trip to Carmel, CA it started stalling on the first day half way between Burns and Lakeview, OR. First it seemed like a low speed issue but then it was stalling out at all speeds, all gears and all RPMs. We weren't quite sure what was going on but things didn't look good, it was hot, every time it would stall out I had to try and find the safest place to pull off the road, turn the bike off and back on with the key to reset the electronics. Long story short we limped it this way to Lakeview that evening and the following day in search of some troubleshooting and hopefully an answer, Big Twin Cycle (where I bought the bike on consignment) suggested that I talk with Craig Hansen on the phone. While troubleshooting with Craig over the phone we thought it was breather line for the gas because some vapor lock was occurring, and the line appeared to be crimped by the seat. We left Lakeview hopeful that we had cured my bike and would be OK to continue on. Unfortunately, another 80 miles in the same problems began, so we turned toward Medford and headed to Hansen's. When we arrived they took my bike back in the shop right away to put a diagnostic on it; turns out it was a bad fuel pump and fuel sensor. Luckily they had the parts on hand and were actually able to complete the repair in a little over an hour. I should also tell you that during this time were experienced such hospitality from Connie, Craig, and Mason (while Dave was working on the fix). They even stayed late on a Saturday to finish the job.
I can truly say that while having my motorcycle break down on vacation was not fun; I am grateful that it brought us to Hansen's. The further I get from this situation the more and more I am overwhelmed by what they did to help us and I would recommend their sales and service to anyone.
I look forward to visiting them again the next time we are in the area.

I WAS IN YOUR STORE SATURDAY AND I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR YOUR SPEEDY AND PROFESIONAL ASSISTANCE. I DROVE ABOUT 2,300 MILES ON THE TIRES TO MY HOME IN MEXICO. THEY COVERED HWY 5 TO THE BORDER, THEY DID VERY WELL. IN MEXICO THE ROADS ARE A BIT WORSE AND SOME MILES OF DIRT, ROAD CONSTRUCTION, THE FRONT TIRE GOT A BIT SQUIRLEY ONLY ONCE AS THE SAND GOT DEEPER. THE GROOVES CUT IN OLD ASPHALT PRIOR TO PUTING DOWN NEW ASPHALT WERE NOT WELL RECEIVED BY THE TIRES, IT WAS RAINING BUT THEY DID NOTHING DANGEROUS. ONLY COMMENT IS THE TIRE NOISE FROM THE FRONT TIRE WHILE RUNNING, THE BACKMI DID NOT NOTE, THE FRONT UNDER HEAVY BREAKING WILL HOWELL. ALL IN ALL THEY WORK WELL BUT I THING I WILL EXPERIMENT WITH LOWER TIRE PRESSUE SINCE ON REALLY ROUGH ROADS THEY ARE A BIT HARSH.

I was glad to see that they kept my previous maintenance records, and Mark readily looked them up, without prompting, and was already looking in to the bike when i spoke w/ him on the phone. They advised me on the service intervals and saved me money because I'd already serviced the bike w/ synthetic oils, and they said it wasn't necessary to change it so soon. Saved me money on a few instances, & I appreciate that.

Hansen's is awesome-- I love all the people who work here. Mason, the co-owner, is totally cool and he's the best "boyfriend babysitter" a girl can ask for-- I always know I can find my boyfriend hanging out at Hansen's and keeping outta trouble! ;)

My experience with Hansen's has not only been a pleasure but thoroughly enjoyable. Mason was my first introduction to the dealership (Craig's son, the owner). I had never been into Hansen's before and immediately I felt welcomed and comfortable. I was able to take my time and look around, as questions came up I asked them and they were answered. I initially had no knowledge of the Tiger, and was in the market for a BMW F650gs (twin) or a Kawasaki Versys. Mason listened to my needs and told me to check out the Tiger as it sounded like it fit my needs a little more than the GS. I went home and researched the living daylights out of this bike, and was greeted by the unanimous positive reviews and feedback from the Internet. This was the bike for me! I would have never known this if I had not been advised to check out the Tiger by Mason.
The Dealership has nothing to gain by steering me towards the Triumph as it is also a BMW dealership and I was originally looking at the GS. I then spent the next few weeks researching the reviews on the Tiger and popping into Hansen's when I had questions or if I just wanted to look at the bikes. Every time I go into Hansen's I am welcomed, it is such a wonderful atmosphere to ask random questions and look at motorcycle products. This is definitely the way to run a successful business; laidback, an environment that encourages questions, and top products. I guess I lucked out living close to such an awesome Triumph dealer. The staff here are great!

On a motorcycle trip they lined me up with some nice new Street Pilot 3 tires for my Triumph Daytona 675, topped off my oil for no charge. I called them on a Saturday worked me into their shop schedule with really no fuss. I got an excellent deal on the tires, I checked later out of curiosity. Motorcycle people are some of the best people in the world, and the folks at this shop are a prime example. I think the owner almost talked me into buying a Triumph Tiger 800XC while I waited. To bad I still have to finish paying for the bike I have. We spent some time visiting and sitting on bikes.

Craig, Mason, Russell and crew always makes my wife and I feel like family when we visit, and as we visit we see this same attitude with other customers who come thru the door. This was my first sevice experience with Hansen's and it was truly first rate, I appreciate the willingness of the crew to work with riders to help keep costs down. I was out for a ride on my K1200GT around Shasta Lake when a red light suddenly displayed(in front of me this time, not from behind..). I stopped to check what it was & found it was the brake wear indicator; as this was a new purchase with negligible miles on it, I was puzzled. As I also was on a long journey I was aggrevated!! My Garmin said your shop was closest, so I called & immedately was connected to a friendly voice (later discovered it was the owners son!). I described the ailment and was reassured it was not an issue, that it was a common fault on my year model. He invited me to stop by the next day, as it was late. When I did the following day the owner himself greeted me,checked my bike & reaffirmed the issue was not a trip-stopper.

I'm blown away by Hansen's Motorcycles. I came in with some questions regarding two motorcycles I'm considering for purchase. Mason was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and stands out as the finest sales person I've ever met. He got me out on two test rides and even encouraged a third. I also had the privilege of meeting Mason's Dad and his grandparents who happened to be in the shop at the time. This is a family business that cares a lot about bikes and even more about their customers. I'm going to ensure all my future motorcycles are BMW/Triumph/Ducati's.

As I told Mason I appreciate very much Hansen's willingness to help me even though I did not purchase my motorcycle from them. Dealing with the fuel indicator problem is still a disappointment I think could have been resolved by the dealer in Eugene before the bike was sold to me. Perhaps like me they were unaware of it. The sooner it is resolved to sooner I will be completely satisfied with my purchase of this motorcycle. Other than this issue I am very much so glad that I bought my BMW. May 2011

I had rode over to Bend to do some work for a few days in the summer of 2009. The first night that I was in town I stopped for dinner and when I came out and prepared to ride back to my hotel I found that my 2007 R1200RT wouldn't start. During my troubleshooting I noticed that when I turned the key in the ignition I couldn't hear the fuel injectors. I made arrangements to have my bike towed, but as it was fairly late I was asked if the bike could be towed the next day. I called my local BMW shop and left a voice mail explaining the problem and asking them to call me when they came in the next morning. I went back to work the next day and waited until that shop should have been open for business a half-hour and called in a second time, I again received the after-hours voice mail and left another message. I continued to work for another hour and called a third time. I explained that I had a bike that was under warranty and wouldn't start; I told the technician that I had noticed that I couldn't hear the fuel injectors when I turned the key and asked if he had any ideas. He didn't but told me to go ahead and have the bike towed over to their shop and they wouldn't charge me to store it. When I asked what he meant by, "store it", he informed me that it would be five weeks before they would be able to look at it. I pointed out that it was a bike under warranty and asked if they had any process for handling a warranty service sooner and was told only if they had a cancellation.
I then called Hansens and spoke with Mason, he was able to tell me what the likely problem was and offered to overnight me the part if I wanted to fix it myself and avoid having the bike towed. I explained that I was out of town and working so wasnt comfortable trying to fix it myself. I asked him if I had the bike towed down to Hansens how long it would be before they could look at it, he said that as it was a warranty issue theyd get to it as soon as it arrived. I let him know that I didnt need it back that quick as Id made other transportation arrangements and would be working until Sunday at the location I was at. I asked the he let me know when the bike was ready and Id come down and pick it up. The bike was towed down to Hansens that afternoon. I received an email letting me know that theyd received the bike that evening. I received another email the next afternoon letting me know that the bike was repaired and ready to be picked up. Hansens has performed every 6k service on my bike since then and without fail has exceeded my expectations each time. I cant say enough good things about Hansens owners and employees and the way they treat everyone that walks through the door.

I visited Hansen's Motorcycles in early 2009 looking for a Ducati Multistrada. They did not have one and the store was very busy. I think that Mason was helping about 3 to 4 customers at one time. I originally came to Hansen's because of Mark Westerlund. I knew Mark from another business before he went to work for Hansen's. I did not go back until early 2010. I was in town with my wife and asked if we could go by and look at the bikes. She said with reservation yes. When we arrived my wife started talking to Connie, Mason’s mom. Connie’s experience helped calm my wife’s nerves. I was looking for a Hyper or a Multistrada but after an hour or two of conversation we all started talking about bikes that would be comfortable for my wife as a passenger. I said it would be nice to have something that we could both do together. Mason started talking about the BMW's. I was a dirt rider and thought that the BMW was going to be way too big of a bike. Mason's knowledge about the bikes put my mind at ease. He had me on a used BMW and allowed me to take it for a test ride. After returning I was in love with the bike. I could not get the smile off of my face. After discussing a price less than an hour later I was riding home on my New/Used BMW R 1200 GS. I ordered a trunk and bought the “Long Way” series from them as well. I could not be happier with the support that I received from everyone at Hansen's. My wife makes sure that I take her along so that she can talk to Connie. It is a small town atmosphere with a big town service and sales departments. We fell like we are at home when in Hansen’s Motorcycles.
