name is Craig Hansen, and I
welcome you to

compare the features and
benefits of European
motorcycles, I believe you'll
find their value and ours to be
superior at any price. Today,
we as consumers, have the
largest variety of products to
choose from in history. But
this broad variety of products
can be confusing, and has made
it difficult for us to know what
is the best purchase for our
needs. To be honest, we are
poor sales people who can't sell
an Eskimo a freezer. This
doesn't mean people don't buy
motorcycles or accessories from
our store. In fact, since our
beginning January 1972, we have
consistently had one of the
largest market shares in the
US. What we are good at is
helping you buy your next model
motorcycle by sifting through
all the information to show you
which products would be best for
you. My staff and I do this by
answering your questions with
product knowledge & experience.
Sometimes we help you come up
with the right questions to be
asking. With this information
you can now make a rational
decision for what model
motorcycle you want, not what
the salesman wants you to buy.
One of the concerns I feel as
a consumer today, is what if
something goes wrong after my
purchase. I don't guarantee
that I or my staff have all the
answers, nor can I guarantee we
won't make a mistake. What I
can guarantee is my staff wants
your motorcycling experience to
be a bright spot in your daily
life, and will due what is
humanly possible to make your
day. My son Mason, who is our
general manager, helps me manage
the store as well as answering
your questions about buying
accessories, parts, or Ducati's.
Connie runs our office as well
as helping you in the showroom.
Keith, who is our dirt bike
specialist, can help you with
parts, accessories, and KTM
questions. Russell is our parts
manager during the week, and on
Saturdays can help you with your
parts & accessory needs. Mason
& I cover as Service manager,
making your appointments,
creating repair orders, and
handling your warranty claims.
Dave is our BMW specialist who
has 11 years experience with BMW
motorcycles & cars. Ryan has
been servicing motorcyclists
needs for 13 years, and is our
KTM & Triumph Technician. Both
Dave & Ryan are Ducati owners,
so they both share in the Ducati
experience. This team puts
their talk into reality, by
backing-up our claims with hard
facts. Our store is the #1 BMW
retailer in the West Coast in
Customer Satisfaction, and has
always been rated in the Top 5
in the US. For 2005, as
in 2004, we received the #1
ranking for BMW motorcycle
dealerships in the US.

5:30pm Tuesday through Friday,
